Long Lost is simply Lord Huron at his best; the album provides a near-religious experience to those who are fans of the indie-folk genre. I, for one, have always had great admiration for the 60s music boom, and this project serves as an incredibly accurate depiction. There is such a breathtaking element to the composition of the project, as it paints the most cathartic western landscape imaginable. “Love Me Live You Used To” and “Mine Forever” are expertly crafted in that sense. My personal favorite is “I Lied” with the impeccable Allison Ponthier; timeless melodies, a rolling chorus, and beautiful lyricism. This is a substaintial work of art. (8.5/10)
